Hello! I am in my 30's, 6 feet tall, and I want to lose about 30 lbs.... I weighed 235 lbs. at my brother's wedding in May 2010, and then I lost 20 lbs. I kept it off until June 2012, and it has slowly crept back up to 231. I want to weigh 200-210 lbs. I know I can do this!
