Alright my friends - for those of you that are helping me stay on track - I started school this past Monday. I am attending Walden to work on my Masters in Forensic Psychology. I am wanting to get my degree so that I can become an advocate for abused women and children. I plan on becoming a volunteer and to try and get established before I graduate!

Goal Weight -150

Goal #1 - to reach 285

Goal #2 - to be able to drive again ( I have been unable to drive due to my knee injury - would love to be able to once again!!!)


My Program:
I am currently unable do exercise due to knee injury - please pray.

Personal Information:
I am no longer drinking pop - whether it be diet or regular. I am now drinking 100% water. I drink 1/2 my weight in water except for my wrap days and then ! double my water intake.
