My Goals:
~ Get into a regular exercise routine
~ Track what I eat, but also splurge once in awhile
~ Lose the last 10lbs. FOR GOOD!

My Program:
I track my food every day, trying to stay within the ranges given to me. I also am trying to get into a consistent workout routine, which consists of 3 or 4 days of physical activity.

Hey fellow Fargoan (actually I live in Mhd)! I also helped last year with the flood fighting. Wee hour phone calls from co-workers to help save a home are not memories I wish to relive! I was also here in 97. I was at NDSU at the time and we had classes cancelled to help with the fight.

Thanks for your continued efforts in helping with the flood fight!
