Just updated my SparkPage for summer. I have a big goal: lose 60 pounds in 2013. I let law school and ensuing stress about job and studying for the bar exam pretty much ruin my health. I'm over excuses and letting my career choice dictate my health. I'm not sure I will lose 60 pounds in 1 year, but I am sure I'm going to give it my best effort, and that would be a health amount for me to lose in that time frame. It's also not my ultimate weight goal, but is very close to it (10 pounds off). Hopefully SparkPeople will keep me engaged with my health, motivated to eat better and move more, and make my life one more worth living.

I have just started on this journey and welcome friends, advice, and of course - motivation!
