Keeping Fit and Healthy

I'm here on Spark to continue and enrich my healthy lifestyle. I don't need to be the fittest or the thinnest, but I do want to be healthy! My main goals are to eat well (fruits and veggies, fiber, and less dessert) and exercise regularly. I'm 5'8" and have a healthy BMI. I have to eat gluten free because I have celiac disease.

I love the gym -- I never thought I'd say that! I take classes, which keeps me motivated. I aim for ~1000 fitness minutes every month. I try not to put too ...

KABMPH Didn't love the substitute Zumba instructor today so left class and did some good work on the elliptical instead.

I prefer to take classes at the gym, like Zumba, Pilates-Yoga and step. Sometimes the times don't work for me, so I'll do 30 minutes on the elliptical or bike.

you are so right and that's exactly what I'm trying to do. I know we want to get pregnant this year and that's why I lost weight the first time so that I could be healthier. No one said I had to loose weight to get pregnant I just wanted to do it for me and the baby. I'm getting focused! I'm going to give it all I got. I'm not going to get on the scale. I'm not going to stress. I'm just going to do it. Every day be active in one way or another and cook most of our meals at home! Thanks for keeping it real and telling me to get off my a$$ =D
