I'm exited about losing the 25 lbs that I have put on over the past 10 years. I had always been in pretty decent shape until I had children. I successfully lost 30 lbs after their birth, but after a while I kept slowly gaining it back, and then would try to lose the weight. I would try lose a few lbs, go all out and starve then burn out and gain more back. This has happened several times resulting in my now being considered overweight. I realize that I have developed bad habits that have led me to the point that I am at right now. And that there is no quick fix! I want to stop the cycle NOW, and reverse it. It is clearly much harder to lose the weight now that I am 50, but I usually accomplish what I set out to do once I have made up my mind. AND I HAVE MADE UP MY MIND

1 Lose 25 lbs and improve my posture by April 1
2 increase energy, focus, well being
3 Increase self confidence
4 Fit into my clothes without having to purchase new ones
5 look hot for my husband....thats not too vain is it? Then, motivate him to work on his health.


My Program:
Goals to loose 25 lbs

READ EVERY DAY!!!

small changes every month:

December
1. Eliminate bad eating habits and replace with good.

Success:
1. Stopped my incessant mindless grazing. Don't know if I lost weight because I didn't weigh myself before.
2. Have formed good breakfast habits.
3. Am aware of quantities that I am plating.

January:
1. five minutes of exercise / activity every hour on the half hour.
2. keep food journal by inputing food before consumption to regulate eating
3. limit alcohol intake.
4. Always eat protein first.
5. Get my exercise routines down.
6. Purchase a food scale and get portion sizes down

February:
pay more attention to skin, hair and nails.

March:
Test month... going on vacation to New Orleans with Kids and Husband.... develop a plan and limitations before hand.
