My Goals:
My comforatble weight is 130 and I am currently at 150, which just means I don't feel as comfy in my skin as I like to. That's what I want- to feel comfy in my skin again!

My Program:
I have made a comittment to drinking more water, being more conscious while I eat, so I don't overeat, and eating whole, healthy food. I eat low carbohydrate foods because my metabolism seems to grind to a halt if I eat too many (more than 30 grams/day)
I exercise regularly, and want to keep it up through the year. I am adding situps and pushups to my daily routine at home.

Personal Information:
I practice mindfulness and meditation and hope to find time to practice yoga this year. I believe that my state of mind is the primary factor that influences my overall health and wellness and this is always my first stop when I want to change something.

Did you quit? I sure hope not, because that makes me sad. Come back! emoticon

The truth is this.......you don't HAVE to do this.

You don't HAVE to do anything.

You are an adult and this is YOUR CHOICE. If you want to stop procrastinating and get to your goal and what you say you want, then realize that this is all YOUR CHOICE.

I'm reading "Shrink Yourself" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. on stopping emotional eating. He has interviews on YouTube and there is a SparkTeam here to discuss his book, if that is an issue for you. emoticon
