Hey there. Well I think only 15 lb in three years is a huge success, but it's still good that you're getting back at it before it gets out of control. I've continued to yo-yo. I have limited success and then put it all back on again. I'm getting married next summer so if that isn't enough inspiration, nothing ever will be! Good luck with your new goal. I'll be sure to check in with you from time to time :)
