Gotta do this...
I am now 37 years old and I am tried of being the "fat girl". I want to be healthy and happy for my husband and my kids. With an eleven year old daughter and a 7 month old son, I have a LOT to keep up with!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to get healty. The number goal is not the issue for me right now. Its about feeling good and lowering my cholesterol and blood pressure.
My Program:
I am not on a specific "diet" at this time, My husband and I are trying to change the way we eat and the way we think about food. We have cut out all the junk and are working on making better choices. Oh, I can't forget, 8-10 glasses of water a day!!!
Personal Information:
I am from Norfolk, now living in Chesapeake. We are active in our church and LOVE to go to Mexico to build houses for our family vacation each summer.
Other Information:
My favorite pastimes are reading and taking a nap but I am working on that last one...
