Welcome to my page, I am hoping to loose a lot of weight. I am really excited to have found this site. It has everything I need to succeed. Presently I have a giant stomach bulge that I am working on. As you can see I have a big job in front of me. Yet I am excited about the holidays approaching particularly Thanksgiving and X-Mas I can't wait to see what kinda body I will have created by then. Wish me luck and send me a shout out of encouragement I'd love to hear from you.

So having been on this site for sometime I can say that my wieght loss has been slow and interrupted my daily living. So let's see where I will be come Feb 2010.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 30 pounds by Dec.
I would also like to develop healthy eating habits.
To do this I am
Drinking 8 plus H2O daily
Cardio 3-4 times a week
Walking 5 days a week
Attend Weight Watchers meetings every Saturday
Spin the wheel DAILY
Track the INTAKE daily(sometimes I do this better than others)

My Program:
Presently I am tracking my intake. I have purchased some exercise equipment.
I am walking 5 days a week
I intend to include Turbo Jam 3 times a week for now. I hope to increase it to 5 times a week.

Personal Information:
I presently live in Kalamazoo, MI. I work full-time and live with two of my sons. I have two cats and I enjoy reading a variety of topics during my down time.

What's up girl,

It has been too long since we last talked. I am trying to get my motivation back because I have been slipping. Glad to hear that you are getting the push you need. Up until recently I needed a kick, not a push to get my mind right.Luckily, I have a good husband to point me in the right direciton.

Hello, nice to hear from you. You will be pleased to know that my dissertation proposal was approved today!!! Determined to get this over by September of this year. Need to move on.

Hubby has prostate surgery April 16th. Please add him to your prayers.

I, too, am just trying not to move to another dress size. No exercise still. No one can explain the pain when walking any distance. Not sleeping well because the pain wakes me at night to the point that no position is good for sleeping. But, I just keep plodding or limping along. I have backed off of SP because I don't feel it can be of any real use.

You hang in there. That little slider is going to move in the right direction soon.
