What I want to look like again - my goal weight!

That's what I tell myself when :
- I feel like I have fallen off the bandwagon.
- I am literally being lazy, and I know it.
- I start making excuses in my own head for reasons why I am not working out (when I haven't done so that day yet).
- my spirits are down for whatever reason, and not only does it get me up and working out, it gets my heart rate up, AND it gets my spirits up, especially when I feel that natural high of satisfaction after a butt-kicking workout.
I am on a roll I tell you. And SparkPeople has helped me tremendously. I have so much fun on the site, from reading the articles and learning new things to utilizing the tools for tracking my nutritionals and fitness to joining teams and challenges and meeting so many awesome people! AND you get points as a side game just for doing it all!
I LOVE giving people Spark Goodies, because I know it will be a surprise to them, make them smile, and will provide a form of motivation to know that someone they have never met in person cares about them, their goals, and supports them! Isn't it crazy how sometimes the people who are supposed to be the closest to us can't/won't/don't even provide that?
So THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me, visited my page, given me SparkGoodies, replied to my posts and blog, and left me messages on my page. I KNOW that I would not still be pursuing this change in lifestyle, become healthier, learned as much as I have, and yes, even lost weight, without all of you!

My goal is to have a healthy mind, body, and spirit. I am going to accomplish this through motivation, hard work, persistance, and SP's community support!
I also want to instill these healthy habits in to my children while they are still young so that they learn it now and keep it with them as a way of life even when they eventually leave the nest.
