Motivation, Determination, and the Spirit to Keep Going!
The last time I updated this it was December 2009!!!!
WOW.
Fast forward...its now Valentines day 2011.
Still the same as I was. Its amazing how much you stay the same when you do nothing.
So here it is.
I have an eating plan--professionally designed.
I have a goal--compete in a triathlon in May.
I'm going to succeed.
'nuff said.

My Program:
Eating Clean
Running/swimming/cycling each 2 x weekly
Walking my dog every day.
Wii Fit--3 times a week.
Wii Zumba--3 times a week
Personal Information:
I am almost 35. I live in Citrus Heights, a suburb city near Sacramento, California. I work at the Sacramento Zoo with reptiles and amphibians. I am married to a wonderful man who is fairly supportive of my weightloss journey--he's happy with me as I am. (I told you he was wonderful!) I am also at Cal State, Sacramento University, majoring in Anthropology.--It only took 16 years to get there! Oh well, better late than never!
Other Information:
I used to do Shotokan Karate, but the class was disbanded, so I am going to try to get back into martial arts when I have the money. I love to read fantasy fiction novels, everything from Dragonlance to Celtic historical fiction (esp. Morgan Llewen). I also love to read books involving animals--current favorite--The lizard King, by Bryan Christy. I am also a hockey fanatic--following 4 NHL teams, and the Stockton Thunder of the ECHL.
