At my heaviest I was 221 pounds and a size 16. Currently, I weigh 170 and I wear a size 10. I'm currently finishing up the first week of BeFit in 90. I hope to start toning and reach my goal weight of 150.
I'm a teacher in a rural community. I have a boxer mix that I love to walk on the hills surrounding my house. I've started the BeFit in 90 program and I am loving it so far. I also have a spin bike that I use for cardio and I do kickboxing for cardio.
