Do A morning cup of Tai Chi and A morning cup of Stretching, and a morning cup of strengthening. 4. Do part of the callanetics program. 5. Review my goals monthly. 6. Do my weighin on Mondays. 7. Do my blog on Monday nights. 8. Do a journal daily. 9. Use my daily planner better. 10. Get out of house l5 minutes each day.
