Yep. So True! I was looking at old pics of myself (when I was at my heaviest) and Im so mad at myself for rarely smiling. I look so unhappy. I didnt feel it but maybe subconsciously i was. And this past year, with constantly struggling (and failing) with losing weight, I was so depressed all the time for not losing that I feel like I was so unpresent in 2012. I wouldn't even take pix with my friends. It was just horrible. 2013 will be about finding my happiness back for sure...with or without all the weightloss (but hopefully with ;) :) ) hehe

Good going on motivating your sister and coworkers. Thats awesome!!

Hi, Jyoti! I love your name by the way :) Always thought that was a pretty one :) Good luck on the weightloss goals. So far week 1 was successful for me but then we had friends over this weekend and ordered a bunch of fattening Indian food (saag paneer and goat curry were the most unhealthy of the foods and i ate more than I should have. Im up today 2lbs so back to square one :( Will use that as my one slip-up. Packed my lunch today and added several fruits for when I get hungry. So how was your weekend? Do you struggle on weekends with food more than weekdays like me? :)
