Sooooo...how less jubbly and more lovely do you think you'll be this week?! haha. Thanks for the support as always...I'm not sure exactly what would help me get back on track other than a kick in the rear...but it's pretty hard to stretch over to reach so might just have to kick myself instead! Good morning. I read your post on the diet coke debate - and I really liked the advice about adding fiber to drinking water. I added you as a friend. I'm brand-spanking-new to SP and a young Luddite; so I don't know the 'friending' protocol... do we have to go on vacation together or carpool or something?

Sounds like we're both on our way to being successful with our first 5k's! :) I got up and ran 2.85 this morning, it's getting tougher each week adding an additional minute of running but it's been effective up to this point so I'm going to stick with it and hope for the best!
