Started the attack on June 1, 2009 @ 342 lbs.

Stumbled into Sparkpeople on July 19. 2009 @ 324 lbs.

1st Goal is to hit 299 which I haven't seen for 15 years. UPDATE: Seen on 10/5/09 @ 6:30 am. WooHoo !

Mega Goal Met----Drug Free on 11/5/09, say goodbye high blood pressure.

Time to walk :) and now Jog.....

GOAL MET on 9/7/09 @ 309 lbs. 11 rounds 1000 punches

215 lbs. Keep my promise to Coach TIA and Run like a gazelle.

211 lbs. hitting classification of overweight.

Lose 2 lbs. a month

God blessed me with great health with only minor high blood pressure of last year, so now I walk it off...
