A Brief Introduction

2015 rededicating myself to spark.
I started again a month ago. Health has been a major problem and also an excuse. So now I need to find a way accepting the pain and fatigue as new constants. So the focus is on WHAT I CAN do, rather the grieving for health or hopeing things will pass or waiting for the doctors to figure it out.

I love travelling, and exploring and food is a big part of that for me.

I love travelling, and exploring and food is a big part of that for me.
PCOS and Insulin Resistance are issues that I'm currently working on... so, finding a new relationship with food is now my focus.
Food that is social, fun, flavourful, and that allows me to be the best I can be is what I'm looking for.
Fortunately, cooking and gardening are things I love to do. So fresh salad leaves and herbs are only a seed packet away rather than 1.69 for 10g.
I'm Canadian but have lived in the US, France and the UK so my food inspirations are quite varied.

Hi, thanks for posting on my page. I'm sorry I didn't reply sooner but I don't get on the full site very often what with work, college, homework and a 1001 other things to do!

I'm sorry to see you took a tumble the other day but I hope you're feeling a bit better now. I hope you eating plan is going well. I never call it a diet because that instantly makes me feel deprived and craving! Personally I find the hardest part is keeping the weight off once I've lost it ... old habits really do die hard!
