hey hey! sorry life's been stressful but i'm glad to see you back at it! i've had my boulders to overcome as well... i was training for a 5k, then i badly sprained my ankle and was in a fracture boot for two and a half weeks. that wasn't fun! i'm in the groove and have made it a habit to be at the gym every morning by 530 to get a workout in after work, but it's frustrating that i'm not losing any weight...or seemingly any fat either.
other than that things are well. the hubby and i moved back to FL almost a year ago, so i'm working and going to school for my EdS, and he's out of the USMC and using his GI Bill. we're busy busy!
