My Goals:
I am tired of looking in the mirror and wishing I looked like someone else. I can't wait to look in the mirror (on the scale) and smile at myself because I'm happy at what I see.

My Program:
I have developed a healthy eating habit. I stopped buying the fried foods, even when my family eats out. I've cut out all soda and am actually drinking nothing but water. I am part of a 30-day boot camp to get into shape. I know it will all pay off in the end.

Personal Information:
I am a 33-yr-old mother of 3 so there's no surprise where my excess weight comes from. I am small in stature (5'2") and I'd like to be small in physique so I can be shapely, not like a square.

Other Information:
I love romance novels and movies. My favorite movie is Ever After. I love my family very much. I am very fortunate to have a husband that is joining me in changing our lifestyle and kids who love me no matter what.

Yes it was my first, and it will be my last. Unlike others who have said that it is euforic and they keep going back for the rush, all I felt was pain. I have wanted one for years, so I finally took the plunge. I love my tattoo, absolutely love it, but I will not be getting another.

Congratulations on your success in your journey towards a heathier you!! So tell me, was it your first tattoo and did it hurt? I've toyed with the idea but I really hate pain!

Funny enough - At the doc's offic just this morning in a WebMD magazine I read that they are now saying different people require different amounts of water. And from person to person, it depends on their level of activity, types of food, weight, you name it. I am on the other end. It is a rare day I don't drink 10 or more 8oz servings of water.

As with everything else in life - we are all the same and yet so different.

I am glad you are not stressing about it. When you are thirsty your body will let you know.
