I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!

Wow congrats on your amazing success so far! I feel like I'm always finding new little features myself and I've been here for quite some time :P I would really recommend joining some spark teams if you haven't done that yet- it's nice to get a group of people that share some interest with you, and teams range in how active they are so you're sure to find some that you like!
