I'm a classic yo yo dieter. I go down 50lbs then go up 65lbs. I have to lose then maintain which doesn't last long. I get into the 'I've already blown it today so throw open the cupboards then head for the candy store!!' mentality. And of course, I'll start fresh on Monday. Need to change for my health.
