It's time to regain the control that I lost 10 years ago. I am a 33 year old man that has a void in his life. I have my wonderful wife and children, special friends, a place to go and earn decent money for doing what I enjoy, and even a more than adequate roof over my head. It's time to regain the control that I lost 10 years ago. I am a 33 year old man that has a void in his life. I have my wonderful wife and children, special friends, a place to go and earn decent money for doing what I enjoy, and even a more than adequate roof over my head. The one thing I don't have that will make me feel whole and add more to what I can become... is a healthy body. I have had a taste of all the rewards that come with being fit: a healthy mind, self-confidence, being easy on the eyes, and ENERGY. I have since gained over 40lbs and I continue to fight that along with depression.
With the support of my close friends, and all of my friends that I have yet to meet, I am going to finish the journey and start really living again!!

My Goals:
My payoff will be weighing 210 lbs and having a visible six-pack.
I want to have 10 percent body fat, a 32 inch waist my cholesterol and blood pressure down to the normal range.
My Program:
I am doing the Body-For-Life plan where I do cardio on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursday. Upper body on alternating Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Lower body again on atlernating Monday's, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
As for my diet. Six small meals perday high protein and complex carbs. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day and 3 servings of fruits or vegetables
