This is it, this is the beginning.

Hey there, I'm Kelly. I live in a small town in southern New Hampshire. I'm 18 years old and will be starting college in the fall to become a nurse. Over this past winter I gained quite a bit of weight from being lazy and depression eating. My normal weight has always been about 120-125lbs. My highest weight was 150lbs in April. I'm looking to get back down to my normal weight and feel healthier.

My Goals:
I would like to lose the weight that I have gained over the winter months, become less stressed out, and be more active.

My Program:
Fast paced walking -45 minutes to an hour, every day. strength training three times a week. No sugared soda, if any soda at all. If I do have soda, which is maybe 2 servings a week, it is sierra mist free. No caffeine intake at all. No candy, low carb. low fat or fat free, low calorie foods. Eating more fruits and veggies. 64+ ounces of water a day.

Personal Information:
I'm an 18 year old female from New Hampshire.

Other Information:
I love to sit at home and read, and going out for walks after sunset.
