One step at a time.

In 2011 I started at 199lbs. I lost 36 of those pounds by August and I was ecstatic. But I hit my plateau. I lost my way and I gained it all back. The past six months or so I have been trying to get back into the swing of things. I think I've got it now though! I'm at 192lbs and still working. Now that I'm back in the grove I wonder how I ever gave up and why the heck it took me so long to get back! This is all in the past now and only serves as a lesson. I am not allowing myself to feel bad ...

My Goals:
I am going to try working towards smaller goals. Instead of focusing on the 50+ pounds I need to loose I will work for 10lbs at a time. My ultimate goal is 135lbs.

My Program:
Meeting my nutirtional goals by tracking what I eat and making smart choices.

1 hour a day, at least 5 times a week, at the gym working on cardio and strength training.

You are doing great on the Rockin' Red Team. Keep up the good work! We have almost completed this challenge. It's not the end, it's the beginning of a new life style. Hope next week you slow done a little and just have FUN!
