From A Size 18 To A Size 8

My Name is Jessica and I'm here for support and help on my mission to conquer and achieve my weight loss goals. I'm hoping to drop from a size 18 to a size 8 in maybe less then six months. I recently have joined a gym and love working out at least three days a week:) I'm very talkative and hope to have a good support team on this site and no more fad diets for me:)

hey jess!! im doing well! hope you are too.

as for my weightloss im hoping to loose about 60lbs this year! thats my first goal!! & just like you, im looking to go back to the gym.

ive reallly struggled with my weight for a while, which is a bummer because it sure doesnt feel nice having to start all over again.

back in February i started eating healthy and i managed to loose 21lbs by march! i initially started weighing 202lbs which put me down to 181lbs. but after taking a visit to england to visit my boyfriend, i gained everything back and a bit more.

i am now nearly 220 and hoping to get down to that weight once again!

like ive said, im thinking of going back to the gym and eating healthy once again. THIS TIME FOR GOOD.

but yeah!!! so about your weight loss?? what are you doing at the moment? what are your goals??

plz let me know, and we'll keep in touch!

Hi Jessica! I saw a comment you had made for someone else, it was so genuine and kind that I had to read about you.

It makes me feel good to know there are people on this site as encouraging as you. I'm new here and so far people have been nothing but kind. I'm so grateful for that.

I'm working on losing about 50 lbs. I'm currently a size 18 also. I don't know how many sizes that'll put me down, but the weight is more important than the size to me right now.

I read that you recently joined a gym! GREAT! Other than that, what have you found to be helpful in reaching your goal?
