Hi, I am Ginger, a 22 year old single/divorced mom to a wonderful 3 year old son. I have been through child birth, a wedding, divorce, depression, anxiety and survived...100lbs heavier. Time for me to take care of me...and I am so excited about this next phase in my life.
1) Loose 90lbs and gain a healthy life style
2) Set a good example for my son and his eating habits
3) Stop drinking soda, and start eating more fruits and vegetables
For every 10 lbs lost a reward will be awarded :)
1) New Outfit
2) New shoes
4) New Tattoo
5) Mini Vacation
1) 30 minute work out per day
2) Increase steps from 3,000 daily to 5,000 per day.
3) Eat breakfast everyday
4) Stop eating as much junk food

Hey -- Read your post on parents of preschoolers board. I hear you loud and clear! I am coming out of the other side of the tunnel too -- with a whole lot of weight to lose. Its very easy to throw yourself into "emergency mode" and just get through the days and all of the sudden years have gone by.... Anyway, you inspired me. Go, go go girl. : )

Don't be dissapointed about a 30 min workout! That is great! We can't forget how every positive step helps move us in the right direction. Don't get discouraged with yourself!
