Finish the Chicago Danskin Tri September 27th 2009- DONE!!

Avon walk (39 miles) in Chicago June/2010. DONE!!

Learn to swim. - lessons! This is a tough one!!

Jog a 5k in a 2012 - done in 2011 - perhaps a 10k in 2012!

Get my weight down by changing my relationship with food!!! Goal in progress!!!

Bite it and write it!




My Program:
1200 calories a day - With allowances for holidays and social gatherings.

My trick is to eat a small bowl of soup or a salad before lunch and or supper, it will fill you up more and you won't over eat!! Here is your treat! emoticon
