2012 and Getting Healthier!
The pity party is over! Time to refocus and carry on with my 2012 goals! I've come to realize it's not a diet, it's a way of life. This is me working at getting healthier! I will loose weight to become healthier, to be more active, to not worry about what other think of me ....and you probably know the rest. The pity party is over! Time to refocus and carry on with my 2012 goals! I've come to realize it's not a diet, it's a way of life. This is me working at getting healthier! I will loose weight to become healthier, to be more active, to not worry about what other think of me ....and you probably know the rest. Finding sparks people has been a learning experience with so much information and all under one site. The difference is the teams - I read certain ones and can relate to the alot of the encouraging comments and the frustrations too. This seems to make all the difference. It's all about knowing there are others out there and help is just a keystroke away!

My Goals:
Track my food and water daily . Keep a calendar for my fitness - 3 days cardio and 3 strength. Minimum 30 min per day.
My Program:
I am eating healthier, drinking more water and becoming more active. I'm not perfect by any means, but giving it my best shot in 2012!
