I'm a wife, mother of 4 young men and grandma to 3 adorable grandsons.

15 years ago I weighed over 200lbs with diet and excercise I lost over 50lbs and felt awesome. I vowed I would not put it back on. I keep it off for a long time but ever since I turned 50 and had knee surgery things have not been good.

I WANT BACK IN MY SMALLER CLOTHES!!!!

Personal Information:
Wife, mom and a Nonna to 3 beautiful grandsons. I work full time as Financial Counselor for a Specialty Pharmacy. I went from my old job being on my feet all day to a sit down job. So I need to excercise for sure.

I'm trying to eat healthier and make better choices. I love to eat and I enjoy cooking. Most of all I like all the foods that our bad for you.


Other Information:
I love to garden in the summer. Spending time with family and friends. I love to cook and have family meals.

Donna, your SPAT is ALWAYS going to say walk workout, or maybe Undetermined Workout. See the little arrow to click on -- you go in there and reclassify it as to what it really was if it is wrong. Mine is usually a Walk Workout so I don't have to reclassify, but there were times when I went to the gym and would use the stair stepper or bike and that needed to be reclassified.

Glad you are having good luck with it.
