Hello to all and Welcome to my page!!

Well here we are with the holiday season upon us.

Most of us always say I'll start my diet on Monday or after the first of the year.

Well my attitude is healthy eating all year long. NO MORE DIET. I have been a member for a couple years with the PURPLE PASSION team. I chosen to be an honorary member but I have jumped in with both feet for the WINTER CHALLENGE.

This will keep me in check with weighing and watching all those holiday goodies.

I plan on enjoying but being real about it. OVEREATING at the holiday is a NO NO for me. I feel very miserable afterwards.

When we get started I hope to blog weekly about how am doing. This should keep accountable for my actions.

I hope I can encourage others to be healthy too during the holidays. You can have a goodie once an while but not the whole dozen of cookies. Which was me before.

So come join me on my venture which officially starts on the 8th of December but I'm already doing now.

Personal Information:
Wife, mom and a Nonna to 3 beautiful grandsons. I work full time as Financial Counselor for a Specialty Pharmacy. I went from my old job being on my feet all day to a sit down job. So I need to excercise for sure.

I'm trying to eat healthier and make better choices. I love to eat and I enjoy cooking. Most of all I like all the foods that our bad for you.

Other Information:
I love to garden in the summer. Spending time with family and friends. I love to cook and have family meals.

    E-50 JUMPING JACKS (50 Seated Jumping Jacks)

    X-30 PUSH UPS (30 Wall Pushups)

    A-30 ALTERNATING HAMSTRING CURLS (30 Standing Hip Flexion/Extension holding the back of a chair or wall)

    M-50 HIGH KNEE MARCH IN PLACE (50 Seated High Knee Marches)

    Do what you can, modify what you need to, but try your best, regardless of fitness level! If you’ve got a suggestion on an exercise you’d like to see incorporated into the challenges, please let us know!
