Just Tat is no longer fat

I am a 60 year old grandmother of 10. I have has a weight problem since my teens. to be able to have a quality older life I need to get healthy and maintain this.
I have made the goal of improving my knee pain through less weight and more exercise.

Starting weight 220
less than 200 2/27/14
176 half way point 9/14 goal date
160 (driver license weight)11/14 goal date
150 weight I was in high school 3/15 goal date
140 -133 goal weight ...

My Goals:
To get my BMI below 25 and exercise 5 days out of 7. To loose weight and get stronger since my knee surgery..

My Program:
Use exercise tapes 5 days a week
Do strength training 3 times a week
Stay within my caloire count
Get in more fruits and vegs

Personal Information:
I live in a small town in South Carolina. I I live next door to 3 of my Grands qhich gives me joy most days. I am going to have healthy golden years. SP is here to help me.

Are you ready for Week 3 of the February Challenge? I'm getting pumped up for it. I stepped on the scale this morning (yeah, I know I shouldn't do that every day - but it's a lifelong habit I haven't broken yet) and I'm losing the weight form last week's gain which is exciting to me.

This week, I have more energy and I've already mopped the foyer floor and vacuumed the house, watched figure skating on the Olymoics, and now I'm going to sit down and work on some writing.

Hope we both have a great Week 3!
