*NEW* 8/19/2012:
so over the past year my life has been turned upside down. i am single now. i've recently moved to california. i have a new job. and over the past year, i've stopped working out, stopped eating well, and gained about 20 lbs. right, i know 20 lbs over a year, not a huge deal, but on my 5'1" frame, my hips are screaming at me to knock it off. im ready to find myself again.


april 2011: i am 5'1" and currently 155lbs. i am looking to lose around 40 lbs total. i have my best friend's wedding in late october, so i hope to lose around 20 by then. i am relatively active but not constantly active nor are my food choices conducive to weight loss. i have been in treatment for bulimia since april 2010. i am a binge eater. since beginning treatment, i have gained around 30 lbs. i would like to try to lose weight the right way.

    Hey! I'm happy to add you and hope we can motivate each other for Jillian's workouts! emoticon
    I'm currently still on a Firm Express rotation until end of August but was thinking of joining the 30DS team's suggestion for a Jillian rotation in September. (I might alternate a few days with some pilates/yoga or barre though as I tend to have 'ADD' when it comes to sticking to a certain workout system LOL)

    Thank you for your comment about my openness regarding my former ED. I feel it's the only way to overcoming it but also making others aware of how things can be/work!

    Looking forward to be Jillian buddies!

    Thanks for the "spark goodies." Things are. . . well. . . they are going. My family went on vacation to North Carolina (yes we were there for the earthquake and left the day before the hurricant (a day early)) for 2 weeks and I was pretty miserable having to spend 2 weeks in a swimming suit (even though it was the BEST family vacation EVER!). However, my hubby & I just booked our tickets to Mexico for our 12 year wedding anniversary in Januray so now I am starting over (yet again.) Sometimes I wonder if I am ever going to get off this roller coaster. How are you doing??
