My first round with Spark and getting fitter started in 2006. Hard to believe it has been 8 years. I had the scare of heart surgery and I was 238 pounds. I lost 40 Pounds! I felt terrific, got a new job (thanks to that weight loss and new fitness level, because it gave me the self-assurance to do that). Over the last 8 years I have run the gambit up and down and hit the all-time high of 248.

Over the last 8 years I have run the gambit up and down and hit the all-time high of 248.

Also ended a relationship, and started a new one with an old love, got married, moved back to the USA after 15 years in Austria and now am starting once again with my newly retired (diabetic) Hubby in our new state of Virginia. So the goal is to get healthier and enjoy life along the journey.

After 15 years of living and working in Austria, I am now rediscovering life in the US. I have remarried the love of my life for the 2nd time and am loving every moment of being his wife again and am grateful for every new day I am given.

Hey, I bought the wholly guacamole spicy 100 cal packs and had a breakfast burrito for lunch. It was soooooooo good but it is a little too spicy for me. I had the costco mango peach salsa on it too. A new favorite of mine. Trying the eggs with stir fry veggies tomorrow.

Thank you for stopping by my blog! I think if we take very small baby steps we will be as organized with the SP. Some of my SP routines have worked very well, as I have had some success. I need to set my priorities and focus there. The SP journey is a lifelong one, so I don't need to let it overwhelm me. I am going to focus on moving more right now. So that is how I will plan the next few weeks. Going to doctor this morning to see what she can help with.
