JustPeachy in Georgia

The year of 2013 has come upon me and I realized that I needed to get my mojo back. So I came back onto SparkPeople and hope to keep my motivation through this community this time. I want to be healthier in mind, body, and spirit. I will be healthier in mind and body through exercise and my whole food choices. In spirit I will be healthier when I keep things positive. I'm actually looking forward to this challenge with the community!

1. To workout at least 6 times a week.

3. To fit into my wedding ring by June 10th.
4. To maintain a positive attitude in life.
5. To let go of any negative forces in my life.

My Program:
Working out on Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri. Switching between outdoor walking, elliptical, and weight training.

Other Information:
I love to read historical fiction, love to do Tunisian crochet, hike, do digital scrapbooking, and color!

Thanks for stopping by my blog and for the well wishes.

I think we have settled on Snap Fitness. We don't have many options in Loganville that fit our schedules. We thought about Fitness 19 but it is only convenient to our work places. But we are excited to get started -- once the Doctor gives me the ok.
