no changes in my life since i lost the 20 pounds, i lost my motivation because of a back injury, but i am not giving up or giving in. i am a snow bird and have just returned to michigan from florida ,so now i hope to get back on track and keep my journal going. i have noticed that not keeping track of my food intake has created a plateau in my weight loss. i really believe that you need to track your food in order to lose weight. i think by not keeping track i am eating over my allowed daily calories. so that is my goal for the summer to get back on track with my journal.. * *´¨)

My Goals:
My goal is simple for 2011, i just want to take 10 pounds off and keep it off throughout the year. i want to be more active, and no longer have the need for medication for cholesterol.


My Program:
I am following the beat of my own drummer, a lil weight watchers, a lil southbeach,and a whole lotta 'SPARK!!
i am now exercising with the walking tapes 15 minute miles and bowling i am more active then i have been in years and with a whole lot of energy!!



Personal Information:
I volunteer at slal its a non kill shelter for dogs and cats and i have been adopted by my dog Booji, she walks me everyday . we cannot go fast her legs are short but we walk 20 minutes slow. Henry my cat stays on the sofa and watches me work out..


Other Information:
I write poetry and oil paint. I love to read and bowl. i own a pontoon and do some boating.
