Welcome back from holiday! I had a great long weekend and have another in store for this weekend. I am trying to use up some vacation time by taking a bunch of Fridays off during the summer. Really enjoying multiple 3 day weekends. Played tennis last weekend and playing volley ball and kick ball this weekend. I got pretty burnt out at the gym so I look for any exercise that has "play" in the description. Play vs Work...much easier on my psyche.
Work has been ridiculously stressful and chaotic so my eating has been equally chaotic. But the good news is I tend to eat less during this time, not more. But that isnt really good for your metabolism so it by no means aids my weight loss. So this weekend I need to cook and prep some foods that are fast and easy yet packed full of nutrition.
How was your 4th? I went on a mini vacation and got back last night. I did OK on eating but NOT the best LOL.. Will be going to work out HARD today !!LOL Got to get back on track logging my meals !!! How are you?
