A New Chapter

I need to lose 100 pounds so that I can have knee surgery. Once I have knee surgery I want to be able to easily walk 2 miles. I need to make some major changes in my life style to be successful.
My new life style changes are
1. Weigh and measure all the time
2. Track EVERY bite, everything thing, every ingredient
3. Get up and walk every hour
4. Go to bed by 10
5. Do 60 minutes of strength training
6. Do a stress reduction technique every ...

logging food and exercise
going to water aerobics
using the elliptical
only drink water, coffee, tea and 1% milk
get 8 hours of sleep

Good Monday Morning! Krys here, stopping by to wish you a week full of good choices, exercise, and ounces and ounces worth of crystal clear water. How are things going for you this colorful month of October? Here in Florida, the weather has been bouncing between the low 90's and the mid 80's which is pretty typical for this time a year. Do you have any fall festivities planned for this month? My family and I are always very involved in Halloween and fall festivities so I have not been Sparking as much as I would like. The first costume party occurred this weekend and was very enjoyable, I posted some pictures of me and my husband in costume. Even in my absence, my family of Sparkers is never far from my thoughts, so I wanted to send you some "you can do it" motivation and check in.
