A New Chapter

I need to lose 100 pounds so that I can have knee surgery. Once I have knee surgery I want to be able to easily walk 2 miles. I need to make some major changes in my life style to be successful.
My new life style changes are
1. Weigh and measure all the time
2. Track EVERY bite, everything thing, every ingredient
3. Get up and walk every hour
4. Go to bed by 10
5. 3 days a week do 60 minutes of strength training
6. Do a stress reduction technique ...

loose enough weight to have knee surgery and then be able to walk and hike again.

My Program:
logging food and exercise
going to water aerobics
using the elliptical
no sugar drinks = I only drink water, tea and 1% milk
get 9 hours of sleep

My new life style changes are
