I am here for you again if you need someone to be accountable to with C25K.

LOL - I am doing the half, with my foot surgery - the surgeon told me if I don't want to keep running in the long run go ahead and do a full marathon. So I will be happy to stick with a half. Anyway - I am not interested in running for 5+ hours.

Hello! I added you as a Spark friend after seeing your post in the panic section. You don't need to be afraid. Just do it. I know it sounds like a Nike commercial but it's the truth. Have you read the Geneen Roth book, "women, food and God?" it's really good. Find some help and you can do this!
