Thanks for the goody for my weight loss! It was actually 20 lbs, but I never updated my page with the heavier weight.

Here's how it all went down at the eye doctor:

Son: Mom I really want you to go with me.
    Me: Okay
At doctor's office. Cute optician comes out. I start to rise.
Son (with look of horror): You don't need to come back.
Me: I thought you wanted me here.
Son: No, that was your choice. I never said that. You can wait out here.
    In car on way home.
Son: How about I treat you to Nothing Bundt Cakes?
(My thought: Wow, guilt cake. Guess I raised him right.)

BTW, Nothing Bundt Cakes costs more than your $3.51 Burger King meal. Take that woman to Culvers! ;-)

I have been binging your blogs. Not done yet. Was thinking of staying home from church tomorrow. After all your "see you in church" comments, okay, okay I am going. See you in church.

Hey Skeeter, The cleaning crew hasn't shown up yet. Guess I am gonna have to scrub that tub myself. Insert dramatic sigh here. ~Julia

Hey Skeeter~ Long time no hear. Thank you for commenting on my blog and the info on the field spraying. I don't till on my land either. More to avoid weeds, than soil loss. This year I am doing the lasagna method for my kitchen garden. My new property has SOOOO many trees and the leaves to go along with it. I'm putting them to use and composting them. I have so many earth worms, I'm feeding some to the chickens. Oh, did you know I now have chickens? LOL I'm hoping the coop I ordered will be delivered today. I need to get the bigger chicks out of the kennel. I have one rooster and so far 13 females.
Thank you for your insight on the field being sprayed. I hope that's what they did.
