My Goals:
Lose 32 pounds this year. Guess I have to amend this one. How about lose 10 pounds this year?

My Program:
Exercise or stretch every day...combo of cardio, strength and endurance. This is a good goal



Keep calories around 1100-1300/day. This is realistic



Basically eat like WW core

Personal Information:
Though I thought I was fat all my life, I really wasn't. Now, though, since menopause, I am. And I can't get a handle on how to succeed at losing.

I've spent my whole life losing 5, 10, 20 pounds and doing it well but now that I have 40+ to lose, I can't shake a pound.

Hi there! Welcome to the Seniors going vegetarian group. I too have not been able to lose the weight as I got older! I really need the support and inspiration of folks in a simular situation. Hope you will join us at the "Water Cooler."
