HI! I'm new to spark people and doing a diet called, Dukan, I like it and I am getting results, not as fast as the book and other bloggers but I'm just glad to see the scale move down. Thanks Kren and Tish. There's just no place like "home" and that is exactly what I feel about this site. You two and PJ have been constants on this site. It feels so good to be able to come back and you are still here.
It was so wonderful to see you!! You are doing fantastic.. I fell off the wagon big time when I had to go back on prednisone but got back on in mid July and have lost 23 pounds since then. I'm eating on plan and getting more exercise in. I do hope you stick around. The teams can get pretty dull sometimes and we need a different face! 205 days ago
