Ready to change
My name is Jenna & I am working hard to get this eating thing right. My trainer says that 75-80% of what goes on with our bodies is what we put in our mouths & I believe it to be true. If exercise alone could do it, I would be at my goal weight.

My Goals:
Continue exercising 4-6 times a week. Increase flexibility to the point that I can touch my toes. (Pathetic, I know!) And lose 30 or 40 pounds. (I have been working with a PT & gaining a lot of muscle so I'm not sure what my goal weight will be.)
My Program:
EXERCISE: Step aerobics 2x/week. Sculpting/switching 2-3x/week. Personal training 1x/week. Interval training 1-2x/week. Extra time on the treadmill or the elliptical to get my cardio minutes in 3-4x/week. This has been happening pretty regularly for 3-4 months now. EATING: Exchange program & tracking calories on SP. (Love it!) I eat clean most of the time & cheat as my calorie limits will allow.
