Living the dream
At my goal weight, I'm not only 30 pounds from where I was four months ago, but I am 54 pounds from where I was four years ago! Here's to the good, HEALTHY life! My Goals:
-To love my body. -To finally get down to 155 after years of yoyo-ing. -To respect myself. HW: 209 LW: 159 SPSW: 185 GW: 155 I'm muscular.. but I would like to have a toned body, but not bulky, with healthy and womanly curves. I also have a lot of fat on my back that is just plain annoying! I want that gone, and a smooth bra line.
My Program:
I'm eating less and making better choices. Right now I exercise each day and eat between 1200 and 1500 calories per day, with a pretty basic and routine meal plan.
Personal Information:
I'm 20 and in college studying Spanish. I love to design web graphics, speak Spanish, edit photos and design things in general! I have 3 sisters, THELILMERMAID, JAWJIE, and JETT_LION. My beautiful mother is on Spark as well, BESTGIGI.
