Yeah, I'm struggling with my weight. I've been really busy with school and work. I tend to eat pretty bad when I'm stressed and tired, but I'm working on it!

My Goals:
Generally, I just want to look good naked and be healthy. I'm specifically aiming to weigh180 because that is the lowest quasi-stable weight I have been at and I felt good about myself that weight.

My Program:
I have decided to try eating the macro-nutrients that sparkpeople tells me too. Maybe that will work better.
