Fitness Minutes: 14,391

My Goals:
My goal is to get back down to a weight of 250lbs. I think this was an ideal weight and fitness level for myself and body structure.

My goals are to get rid of some of the extra weight that I carried while involved in sports. I am 6'4 so I think I carry the weight well, but I want to be as healthy as possible to be here for my little one

My Program:
The main change that I am making is my eating habits.

Currently I set a range between 1500-1900. (thinking about going lower).

Work out in the mornings before work concentrating on Cardio and light weight/high reps to help cut the fat

Personal Information:
I think I am a very persistent, competitive, and determined guy when i set my mind to it. The problem is that I am sometimes inpatient. Which is one of the things I am trying to work on!!!

    Hey! thanks so much. hope you do too. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things this week. would you believe I fell down the subway stairs!? and no one bothered to help me up....New Yorkers i tell ya! lol anyway I hurt my back a little so this week i'm ready to stop babying myself and get back to working out. How is everything with you?

    slow is always best sometimes, until you can truly stick to it. I gave up a lot of stuff like table sugar and it was going great for me for 3 weeks and then I kind of had a couple of bad days. Trying to pull myself together and remember it's ok sometimes.
