I'm tryyying, really I am.

I'm terrible at tracking my stuff, but whatevah. I'll keep trying. So far, it seems to NOT be working. I stay within my calorie range, I exercise 4x/week, and I haven't lost a pound. In fact, I've gained. Thees ees bullsheet. But I won't give up. It HAS to start working at somepoint, right?

My Goals:
I have bad knees, a bad back and bad wrists. Bad joints in general. I know the only way to keep myself from being in a wheelchair by 40 is by strengthening and getting healthy now.

Also, I'm getting married in June 07. Nothing like having to wear a strapless dress to make you feel like you have fat triceps!! Wah hoo!

My Program:
Going to the gym 3-4x per week. (Luckilly, my company has a free gym for me to use!). Right now, I'm using the eliptical for 2 miles, which is taking me just under 25 mins. I hope to start going for longer and doing it faster.

Every other day, I lift weights, focusing on lower weight and high reps (20-30 lbs, 50 reps).

The days I don't lift weight, I still strength train with lunges and squats and light arm excersises.

Oh, and I'm also doing 250-300 situps/crunches each time I go to the gym. This number will be going up.
