My goals are simple. Eat the right foods. Get some exercise into my life. Lose 50 pounds.

I have been a member of Weight Watchers on and off for a gazillion years. So I pretty much know what the point value is for every kind of food out there. I will just go with that ... which is basically the same as counting calories.
It's nice to know that someone else is in the boat that I'm in. My doctor got on my case last week for my weight and my cholesterol. I had been having chest pains with severe shortness of breath. I have a referral to a cardiologist just to make sure that I'm ok with my heart.
