Hello to everyone out there. I've been a spark member a little better than a year but have never gotten around to actually making a page for myself.
So here I am! Trying to anyway. I am at a point of just needing to lose 10 lbs. They are proving to be the hardest. I've lost them but they seem to find me!!!

Hi There! I'm not sure how I managed to fall into "distance running", but I love it and do try and ST as well but it gets neglected quite a bit. I used to have a gym membership that was helpful for ST, but I let it go just last month. Now it's just a few dumbells, bands, and videos that I have at home. I have 4 year old and work full time so getting to the gym was becoming a pain. I usually run 1st thing in the morning at 4:3o am so I can get it done before work. If I don't do it then it dosen't get done. How is your program going? Good luck, and welcome to the team!
