Hi carolyn, I am at 25 min. run 2.5 miles approx. I am on week 7 which I repeated for 2 weeks. Had a hard time with it but once I started doing it on a treadmill instead of outdoors I did better. The heat and humidity was exhuasting me immediately. It is very addicting. Once you get to about week 3 you will start feeling like you must go out and run. Thanks for the goodie! Cleaning Mother's house is always an adventure. She's nearly 87 and I think she believes I'm still 12, so she tries to follow in behind me to see what I'm doing! I just take a deep breath and muddle through it. Luckily, my middle sister shares this chore with me every other month.
Hi! I am a Beacher for life. :) From the diet itself, I just use the portion sizes now. I also condensed the food lists. I eat mostly raw foods and plus I eat clean...
So if you want to know what my diet is like, look up...South Beach Diet (I follow the food lists - have omitted a lot of items from it though - and I use the portion size principles), Eat-Clean Diet (I use clean eating principles only - not the portion sizes) & Raw Food Diet (I eat 85% raw). :)
