Fall seven times, get up eight

Hello y'all :)
I'm a 19-year-old girl, 5'9'' and 144 lbs. It's normal weight, I know, but every time I look in the mirror, I hate my body. I want it to be healthy and athletic -not flabby and shapeless. I used to weigh like 125lbs, and that's my goal again. I know that I could be pretty and confident if I worked for it. So here we are :)

I'm a 19-year-old girl, 5'9'' and 144 lbs. It's normal weight, I know, but every time I look in the mirror, I hate my body. I want it to be healthy and athletic -not flabby and shapeless. I used to weigh like 125lbs, and that's my goal again. I know that I could be pretty and confident if I worked for it. So here we are :)

This is not my first try to lose weight. I've been struggling with dieting ever since I was 13. At 15, I weighed 140 lbs and was depressed about it. My mom supported me in my attempt to eat less and healthier, and it worked. But when I reached my goal (to get below 130lbs), I couldn't stop becoming skinnier. I almost didn't eat anything at all. At the age of 16, a was at 110lbs. It was getting dangerous, I didn't even get my period. That was an alarm bell. My biggest wish is to raise healthy children, but if I didn't stop losing weight, it would affect my health permanently.

As a result, I started eating again. And I loved it. Food was my medicine, my guardian, my best friend. Food made everything better, when I was sad. After the long period food was my enemy, it was now my savior. Again, I couldn't stop.

I use to overeat regularly. And now, at 144lbs, I see that this is my chance to stop. 20lbs isn't that much, but if I keep eating, it will be much more. I want this diet to be my last diet.
